I made this Christmas tree charcuterie board for Christmas Eve and it was a hit with the kids! I always do charcuterie for late afternoon on Christmas Eve since we have church in the evening.
My exact board is sold out but this one would be great- https://amzn.to/3FVSYX3 I like my bamboo board because it’s light but durable. I usually use a fancier one but I need something wider to fit the bottom of the tree.
I used fresh rosemary between most of the rows as garnish and to give it more of a tree look. I hand cut the star on top out of cheese but if you have a small star cookie cutter that would be so much easier.
What I Included in my Christmas Tree Charcuterie Board:
- Chedder Cheese
- Pepperjack Cheese
- Brie
- White cheddar cheese
- Green olives
- Greek Kalamata Olives
- Pepperoni
- Proscuito
- Blueberry Goat Cheese
- Fresh Rosemary
- Wheat Thins Crackers
This is what I included but you can use any combination you like! I geared this one towards what my kids would eat since it was for them. If I was making it for adults I would have included more variety.
